Hello,

Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I have read your question fully and understand your concerns.

I feel you have 2 things ongoing with your arm. The chest pain radiating to the arm is because of your heart arteries blockage, you are on the right investigations for it. Kindly get the angiography done.

The dull pain that you have mentioned which is ongoing for 3 years along with numbness of your palm and fingers are likely due to a nerve compression. Somewhere along the course from the neck to the fingers, one of the main nerves of your arm is being compressed. I would advise you to see a neurologist; he would examine you and try to identify the cause of your symptoms. He may ask you to get a MRI scan of your neck, or may be nerve conduction studies.

Treatment of your symptoms depends on the cause that is identified. For mild symptoms, even physiotherapy can help. If the nerve compression is severe, surgery may be advised to remove the compression and free the nerve of the pressure.

I wish you a speedy recovery.

I hope this answer has helped you.

Thank you
Regards
